Partnerships Intern Creative Content Strategy

Overview Genies is an avatar technology company powering the next era of interactive digital identity through AI companions. With the Avatar Framework and intuitive creation tools, Genies enables developers, talent, and creators to generate and deploy game-ready AI companions. The company’s technology stack supports full customization, AI-generated fashion and props, and seamless integration of user-generated content (UGC). Backed by investors including Bob Iger, Silver Lake, BOND, and NEA, Genies’ mission is to become the visual and interactive layer for the LLM-powered internet. We’re looking for a creative and highly-organized intern to join our Partnerships team and help shape innovative strategies that bring AI companions to life for celebrity and IP partners. You’ll support talent and IP research, content creation, and partner-facing presentations, while contributing ideas that strengthen pitches and campaigns and drive partner value. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and obsessive over the details. This is a full-time internship (part-time possible) based in Los Angeles, with potential to grow into a full-time role. Starting Salary: $25/hour What You’ll Be Doing Research celebrity talent, IP, fan engagement, and cultural trends to inform strategies Track talent partner funnel from onboarding through activation and utilization Develop ideas and storylines for how AI companions can be activated and marketed Prepare polished decks, creative briefs, and presentations for partners Produce engaging content with in-house avatar tools (no technical skills required) Edit short-form videos for social media using tools like CapCut or TikTok-native apps Collaborate with XFN teams to execute campaigns and track activations, ensuring AI companions deliver traction and value once live Use AI tools to streamline research, content creation, and workflows What You Should Have Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program or recently graduated Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable Self-starter with a go-getter mindset; able to work independently Creative thinker with strong awareness of pop culture, entertainment, and digital storytelling Social media savvy with experience editing short-form content Excellent research and presentation skills Interest in AI and enthusiasm for using tools to work more efficiently #J-18808-Ljbffr Framework Ventures
