Reliable babysitter for two elementary children (Split Schedule)

Seeking an experienced, structured nanny for two children (10 & 8) both with ADHD. Schedule is an alternating rotation (one week on, one week off) working split shifts: Monday to Friday 6:00 to 9:00 AM and 3:00 to 8:00 PM with guaranteed minimum hours. Patience, kindness, and ability to provide a structured environment for the kids are very important – as well as understanding of executive dysfunction and routine/checklist management. Duties include full meal prep (breakfast, lunch, snacks, dinner), children's laundry, and light housekeeping after kids' activities. Very competitive pay. Reliable transport and proven experience with neurodivergent children required.
