ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Before becoming an agent, I spent 14 years in the medical field and 3 years in the oil and gas industry—proving that you don’t need an insurance background to build a successful career helping others. We opened our first State Farm office in September 2019 and expanded with a second location in May 2023, a reflection of our team’s dedication and strong growth.

Across our two offices, we currently have 8 team members—5 in our legacy office and 3 in our new MOA location. Our culture is fun, competitive, and family-oriented. We work hard, support each other, and make sure everyone feels valued and at home.

As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Tyler Shank - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
