Responsibilities include managing customer accounts and updating information in the database, assisting customers with policy changes and inquiries, generating leads and actively pursuing new business opportunities through outbound calls, referrals, community events and other networking, and coordinating with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

Qualifications include strong organizational skills and attention to detail, excellent customer service and communication skills, previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred, and licensing required before start date.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year.
