Greenspun Media Group is looking for a vibrant Event Sales Coordinator to join our company. Our events team brings Southern Nevada’s premier print and digital publications to life through dozens of high-profile marketing, networking, and award events each year.

This role combines event coordination with sponsorship sales, requiring someone who can both execute exceptional events and build revenue-generating partnerships. The successful candidate for this position will thrive in a dynamic environment, and adapt positively to changes in workload and priorities presented by key stakeholders.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide administrative support, ensuring accuracy of all department records and data;
• Oversee department inventory and manage organization of event materials;
• Assemble event collateral;
• Research and provide recommendations for possible event activations, sponsors and gifted items;
• Assist with set up and strike for all events;
• Assist with event planning and preparation;
• Assist with onsite social media for events;
• Provide creative ideas for event themes, decor, and logistics;
• Identify, prospect, and secure event sponsorships and partnerships;
• Develop and present sponsorship packages to potential clients;
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing sponsors and partners;
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Preferred majors: Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with event planning/management, customer service preferred.
• MUST be over the age of 21.
