Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – PRN

$40/hour

Agawam Campus is hiring a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support rehabilitation services within our skilled nursing facility. This role offers scheduling flexibility and the opportunity to work directly with residents on mobility and functional goals.

What You'll Do:

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of the Physical Therapist
• Assist residents with gait training, strengthening exercises, balance work, and transfer training
• Observe resident performance during treatment sessions and communicate updates to the PT
• Encourage safe participation and progress toward therapy goals
• Complete accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications:

• Active PTA license required
