Your responsibilities will include conducting psychological and academic assessments, delivering direct and consultative services, and partnering with teachers and parents to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs). You’ll play a vital role in crisis intervention, behavior management, and working on multi-disciplinary teams to promote student success and well-being.

Desired qualifications and experience:

• Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Current or eligible School Psychologist certification or licensure
• Previous experience in K-12 educational settings preferred
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and report-writing skills
• Proficiency with IEP processes, special education law, and RTI/MTSS frameworks
• Collaborative and communicative mindset to work effectively with students, staff, and families
• Ability to adapt interventions to diverse cultural and learning needs
• Dedication to ethical practice and continuing professional development

Key responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations
• Provide counseling and behavioral interventions as needed
• Participate in eligibility, IEP, and multidisciplinary team meetings
• Support implementation of preventive programs and teacher consultations
• Maintain accurate student records, reports, and documentation
• Advocate for students’ academic, social, and emotional growth
