RN Job Nurse Manager (RN) FT – $10,000 Sign On Bonus Shift: Full Time Pay Range: $175k - $210k Job ID: 368119 Location: Los Angeles, 90067 Job Description We are currently seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager to join our collaborative leadership team. The Clinical Nurse Manager serves as a mentor to the nursing team and plays a key role in developing and growing staff. As the Clinical Nurse Manager, you will report to the Chief Nursing Officer and, working alongside nurses, you will direct assigned nursing personnel, serving as a resource person and consultant to ensure the plan of care for the patient population. Qualifications Minimum Requirements Valid State RN License required. Three to five years of experience including supervisory experience required. BSN or enrollment in BSN program required. Certified BLS before hire date required. Certified ACLS or completion within the first 6 months of employment required. Preferred Experience CRRN required after meeting eligibility requirements. Clinical experience preferred.
