Overview Base pay range: $50,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr. Additional compensation types: Annual Bonus and Commission. This range is provided by USA Life Insurance Group, LLC. As a key player in our sales force, you will forge strong client relationships, uncover customer needs, and offer tailored life insurance solutions. Key Responsibilities Prospecting and Lead Generation: Leverage our platform that targets qualified candidates seeking our life insurance products, allowing you to focus on client interactions. Client Consultation: Conduct needs assessments to understand clients\' financial goals and insurance needs, presenting life insurance options to help clients make informed decisions. Sales Presentation: Deliver compelling sales presentations to individuals and groups, tailoring to address client concerns and preferences. Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with clients, provide ongoing support, and conduct regular follow-ups for satisfaction and policy retention. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions to position our products effectively. Sales Reporting: Keep accurate records of activities, client interactions, and progress toward targets; prepare regular management reports. Compliance: Ensure all activities adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies, maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards. Qualifications Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Strong presentation and negotiation skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset; ability to work independently. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and a flexible schedule. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field is a plus. Compensation Range is based on the average rep in current markets. Bonuses are performance-based and paid monthly on the 15th. Residuals are paid on the anniversary date of the client\'s sale.
