IT Service Desk Analyst Level I

Rooms To Go is currently in search of a Helpdesk Analyst with a passion for excellence and the desire to provide outstanding customer service! What You’ll Be Doing Provide first-level troubleshooting and support to the internal organization as the main point of contact for IT support needs What We’re Looking For An aptitude for working with applications/systems to undertake analysis, diagnosis and resolution of staff issues, which may range from straightforward to more complicated technical issues.
