Data Processing Associate - Clinical Lab Operations
$17.75 - $21 per hourLabcorp
Labcorp seeks a Data Processing Associate for remote work with its Invitae Genetics team, handling pre- and post-accessioning order processing in a clinical laboratory setting. The role involves patient and order creation, data entry, quality control, and coordination with internal teams to meet service level agreements.
Responsibilities
- Perform pre-accessioning activities including patient creation, order creation, and task generation
- Execute post-accessioning data entry and quality control of order information in Invitae systems
- Communicate with Accessioning and Client Services teams regarding order issues and requests
- Meet established service level agreements and key result objectives
- Support report maintenance, compliance activities, and team training initiatives
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- One or more years in healthcare, science, data processing, or related field
- Strong data entry and typing skills with high attention to detail
- Experience managing multiple applications and two-monitor setups
- Proficiency with CRM or ticketing platforms such as Salesforce or JIRA
- Reliable high-speed internet and dedicated, distraction-free remote workspace
- Written and verbal communication skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities
Compensation: $17.75 - $21.00 / hour
