Engineering Supervisor

Power Substation Design Supervisor – 8 to 14 years of experience in the power utility industry with a BSEE or BSME from an ABET accredited university. The role includes supervising physical substation design projects ranging from 34.5 kV to 765 kV, leading a team in a hybrid (home and office) environment, and mentoring junior engineers. Education and Experience A BSEE or BSME from an ABET accredited university (required) 8–14 years of experience working in the power utility industry Knowledge of Bentley MicroStation and/or Autodesk Inventor (considered a plus) Professional Engineer registration (preferred) Responsibilities Perform physical substation design with a high degree of accuracy (quality) Work well as a team member as well as individually Local (Texas) supervisory responsibilities Use MicroStation to create assigned deliverables Interact with the customer and meet their schedule and budgeting requirements Mentor junior engineers/designers Review work of other team members Perform work safely #J-18808-Ljbffr
