This is a full-time, permanent position. Responsibilities Include Welcome prospective residents and conduct engaging property tours, showcasing community amenities, apartment features, and lifestyle benefits. Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Manage the full leasing cycle, from initial prospect contact through application processing and lease execution. Advertise available apartment homes across multiple platforms. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospects, applications, leases, and resident communications. Support marketing, outreach, and resident retention initiatives to help achieve and sustain occupancy goals. Prepare lease agreements and related documentation while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Coordinate move-in activities and deliver a seamless onboarding experience for new residents. Provide exceptional customer service to current residents and address any questions. Partner with property management and maintenance teams to uphold community standards and ensure resident satisfaction. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. Prior experience in leasing, property management, real estate, sales, or customer service is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to establish rapport, identify customer needs, and successfully convert prospects into residents. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office applications is a plus. Working knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations preferred.
