Quality Custom Distribution is having a hiring event at our Schertz, TX location. Walk-in interviews for CDL-A local delivery drivers are scheduled for:

• Wednesday, June 10th (9am-3pm)
• June 11th - June 12th (11am-7pm)

Local Class A Delivery Driver Home Daily | $80K-$85K Avg. Annual

Shift: 3:30pm 7:30pm Dispatch | No Layovers!

Class A CDL Driver San Antonio

What You'll Do:

• Operate a diesel-powered tractor-trailer on local routes - no layovers
• Deliver food products safely and efficiently to restaurant customers
• Load and unload using hand trucks or pallet jacks - this is a touch-freight role
• Complete vehicle inspections, maintain DOT logs, and submit accurate paperwork
• Communicate clearly with dispatch, store personnel, and team members
• Handle return loads and ensure equipment and deliveries are in compliance

What You'll Bring:

• A valid Class A CDL, current DOT medical card, and at least 1 year of tractor-trailer driving and delivery experience
• Ability to lift 575+ lbs., stay active throughout the shift, and work in multi-temperature environments (coolers/freezers)
• Strong customer service skills and clear communication with dispatch, store teams, and fellow drivers
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as part of a 24/7 operation
• Ability to complete vehicle inspections, maintain DOT logs, and meet all compliance requirements, including reading and speaking English as required by DOT regulations

The Schedule & Setting:

• Must be available for nights, weekends, and holidays
• Typically a 4 day work week
• All trailers equipped with lift gates - no ramps
• Touch freight - with repetitive lifting 75+ lbs

Pay & Benefits:

• $85,000 annual salary
• Weekly pay (every Friday)
