Inside Sales Associate

Hybrid - Office Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday Base + bonus About the Role We are looking for a sales driven and motivated personable Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships over the phone and email, identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts, and ensuring customers have a positive experience at every touchpoint. You'll spend the majority of your time proactively reaching out to current and prospective clients to drive revenue growth, while also handling light customer service inquiries to support account satisfaction and retention. Key Responsibilities Account Growth & Sales Proactively contact existing and prospective customers via phone, email, and chat to identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities within assigned accounts Present product/service offerings, promotions, and pricing to customers to drive revenue Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs Accurately document all customer interactions, opportunities, and sales activity in the CRM Follow up on inbound inquiries, quote requests, and warm leads in a timely manner Collaborate with the sales and account management team to develop strategies for account expansion Customer Service & Account Support Serve as a friendly, responsive point of contact for existing customers with questions about their account. Resolve routine customer service issues Ensure a smooth, positive experience for customers throughout their lifecycle with the company Partner with customer support and fulfillment teams to close the loop on customer issues General Stay current on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions Provide feedback to management on customer trends, objections, and market conditions Maintain a high level of professionalism and responsiveness in all customer interactions Qualifications 2 years of experience in inside sales, account management, or a related field preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Positive, customer-first attitude with strong problem-solving skills WHAT WE OFFER Competitive Compensation - Base + bonus Benefits - Medical/Dental/Vision PTO #J-18808-Ljbffr Thomas Scientific
