What You’ll Do: Support individuals with daily living needs such as meals, hygiene, and medication. Provide companionship and encouragement during recreational and community activities. Help create opportunities for growth. Keep accurate records of progress and activities. Participate in training and team meetings to continue to grow your skills. Qualifications: Qualifications Must Be At Least 18 Years Old. Valid New York State driver’s license and reliable transportation. Ability to pass a background check. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to bend, twist, kneel, climb stairs/ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs. on occasion Pay & Benefits Shift differentials for weekends and overnights. Paid time off after 90 days. DSP Apprenticeship Program – earn up to 35 college credits for free. 5.5% employer retirement match.
