- Duration: 13 weeks
- Shift Duration: 12-hour rotating shifts
- Schedule: Varied day and night coverage, including 7a-7p and 7p-7a
- Hours per Week: 36
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $9,030-$10,690
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Active Ohio medical license required; licensing support may be considered
- BLS certification required
- EFM certification from NCC required
- At least 1 year of OB/GYN or OB hospitalist experience required
- Experience with low-risk and high-risk obstetric care
- Comfort working in a busy inpatient, triage, and labor & delivery environment
- Provide OB hospitalist coverage for labor and delivery and inpatient obstetric care
- Evaluate and manage low-risk and high-risk pregnancies
- Interpret fetal heart rate monitoring and complete NST/CST/FSE assessments
- Perform and interpret OB ultrasounds, including screening and viability studies
- Support routine and complicated deliveries, including vaginal delivery, forceps delivery, breech, multiple births, abruptions, and C-sections
- Assist with VBAC cases and repair third- and fourth-degree lacerations
- Collaborate with physicians, APPs, midwives, nursing staff, and support teams to deliver safe, high-quality patient care
