Building Maintenance Engineer

You'll be in charge of overseeing the property's overall upkeep and carrying out routine processes to make it fully functioning, pleasurable, and safe. Compensation: $16 - $18 hourly and varies by qualification and skill level Compensation $16 - $18 hourly Qualifications You will need 2-4 years of experience in a maintenance role Must have a high school diploma or the equivalent GED You should have the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Stellar communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are needed Driver's license and outstanding driving record is necessary Responsibilities Operate various tools like wrenches, hammers, screwdrivers, drills, and other maintenance equipment Take care of guest complaints regarding building maintenance and troubleshoot issues Follow all engineering safety rules and regulations Maintain all of the hotel's equipment and preventative maintenance plansAssist other technicians and engineers with a variety of maintenance tasks in a collaborative manner Remain on-call in case of emergencies by keeping a phone on hand #J-18808-Ljbffr
