Job Title: Physical Therapist

Hours per Shift: 40
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience required, with a focus on Orthopedic, Neuro, Inpatient, and Outpatient services. Preferred experience in outpatient services with occasional coverage for inpatient.
License: Must have a current state license in hand.
Certifications: Preferred proficiency in electronic medical records, with a minimum of 2 years experience. EPIC experience is preferred.
Must-Have: Proficient electronic medical records experience of 2 years minimum.
Description: Plans and administers medically prescribed Physical Therapy treatments for patients suffering from injuries, or muscle, nerve, joint, and bone disease. The goal is to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability. Candidates should have experience in Orthopedic, Neuro, Inpatient, and Outpatient settings. Limited housing options may exist; candidates are encouraged to conduct research before making commitments. A secure mode of transportation is necessary due to the absence of public transportation in the area. Holiday coverage may be required. This is an urgent position requiring quick response.
