Only for Local candidates Job Title: Customer Service Representative Location: Rosharon, TX 77583 (Hybrid – 3 days onsite) Employment Type: Contract Duration: 12 Months (Possible Extension) Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pay Rate: $20.00 – $26.00/hour (W2) Application Deadline: July 7, 2026 Job Summary We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support the Explosive Manufacturing Department by managing customer orders, coordinating shipments, and delivering exceptional service to internal Oil & Gas customers. The ideal candidate will have hands-on SAP experience , strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Process and manage customer sales orders and shipment requests. Provide order status updates and proactively follow up on open orders. Coordinate with Production, Buyers, and Planners to ensure timely order fulfillment. Maintain accurate records of asset deliveries and invoicing. Resolve customer licensing issues and document resolutions in the support database. Maintain accurate customer and order information within SAP. Perform administrative tasks supporting daily customer service operations. Support continuous improvement initiatives using Manufacturing System principles. Ensure timely and accurate communication with internal customers and cross-functional teams. Required Qualifications 1–3 years of hands-on SAP experience. Understanding of ERP systems . Strong administrative and office support skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Preferred Qualifications Customer service experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience processing customer orders and coordinating shipments. Experience supporting internal and/or external customers. Exposure to the Oil & Gas industry is a plus.
