Job Summary:
Outpatient Physical Therapist position responsible for providing specialized rehabilitative services to patients in an outpatient setting. The role involves assessing, planning, and implementing treatment plans to improve patient mobility and function.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to promote recovery.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain compliance with clinical protocols and industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Physical Therapist license in the state of employment.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years' experience in outpatient physical therapy.
• Demonstrate proficiency in general orthopedics, post-op shoulder/hip/knee, sports medicine, spine, and vestibular therapy.
• Obtain and maintain AHA BLS certification; OCS certification preferred.
• Be eligible to obtain a temporary Connecticut PT license if not already licensed.
