Fully Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Key Responsibilities Conduct individual, couples, and/or group counseling sessions to assess and address clients’ mental health concerns. Develop and implement treatment plans based on clients’ needs, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques. Provide guidance and support to clients in managing and coping with emotional and psychological challenges. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and holistic care for clients. Maintain accurate and confidential client records, adhering to ethical and legal guidelines. Required Skills And Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LPC, LMFT, or PsyD). Proven experience in providing counseling services, preferably in a clinical or private practice setting. Knowledge of various therapeutic approaches and techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy.
