We are working with a well-established national firm that is seeking talented and career-driven Attorneys with Corporate/M&A/Private Equity experience to join their diverse and growing practice in Dallas. They have a deep bench of talented lawyers focused on a wide range of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, entity formation and capitalization, corporate governance issues, private equity, and day-to-day business operations. This is an opportunity to lead deals, working closely with clients and colleagues. Supportive group – attractive compensation and realistic elevation to partnership. Attorneys will be part of a well respected, national team handling all aspects of M&A, private equity, and general corporate work, including venture capital, acquisitions, dispositions, and contract negotiation. Help lead deal teams and mentor junior associates.
