Software Tester

*Description*
We are searching for a Software Test Engineer with 5+ years of experience to support our client. You will take a leading role in planning and executing validation activities. You will design test strategies, guide junior testers, and ensure thorough system validation across functional and performance areas. You will also play a key role in identifying risks, improving test processes, and ensuring high-quality releases.
Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases
* Lead validation efforts across multiple systems and environments
* Identify, document, and prioritize defects with detailed analysis
* Guide and mentor junior testers
* Collaborate with engineering teams to refine requirements and test coverage
* Perform root cause analysis on complex system issues
* Analyze system behavior and performance under different conditions
* Contribute to process improvements and test strategy development
Configure, deploy and improve testing infrastructure and environments

*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $52.00/hr.
