PHYSICAL THERAPIST - WYCKOFF, NJ This position is partially staffed at Bristal of Waldwick, a senior living community partner. FOX Rehabilitation offers a signing bonus for qualified full‑time candidates. FOX Rehabilitation is a clinician‑operated practice focused on delivering evidence‑based care to older adults in residential and senior living settings. Responsibilities Provide one‑on‑one physical therapy to older adults in private residences, senior living communities, independent living, assisted living, and memory care settings. Perform evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver evidence‑based treatment. Deliver therapy sessions that support patient wellness, longevity, mobility, and functional independence. Document effectively within FOX’s EMR system in accordance with regulatory standards. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, SLPs, and fitness specialists. Educate patients, caregivers, and senior living staff to promote safety, function, and aging in place. Provide telehealth or virtual care when appropriate to extend access and flexibility. Employment Types Full‑time Physical Therapist – In‑Home & Senior Living Care (salaried with benefits). Part‑time Physical Therapist – In‑Home & Senior Living Care (salaried with benefits; eligibility based on minimum hours). PRN / FOX Flex Physical Therapist – Home & Community Visits (pay per unit compensation). H1B sponsorship available for qualified clinicians. Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice or eligibility to obtain one. Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program. Basic computer and EMR proficiency. Current CPR certification. Physical Requirements Lifting 25–50 lbs occasionally and 10–25 lbs frequently. Performing CPR and providing moderate to maximum assistance with patient transfers and bed mobility. Repositioning patients and standing/walking for extended periods.
