Leasing Consultant (Summer Intern)

Responsibilities You love people and engage with all kinds of potential residents. You can “seal the deal”; a minimum 20% closing ratio is expected. You maintain a professional and friendly atmosphere in the leasing office and other areas where prospective residents gather. You serve as an inspector, touring routes and models to ensure they look their best. You stay aware of local market conditions and trends. You contribute ideas to the Property Manager for marketing the property and improving resident satisfaction. You maintain professional resident communications via verbal and written communication. You provide excellent customer service to all prospective and existing residents and your team members. You have exceptional administrative skills with attention to detail. Qualifications At least two years of transferable experience in customer service. Ability to adapt to new technologies. Proficiency in written, spoken, and understood English.
