Assistant Project Manager / Project Coordinator — Noble Plumbing | Issaquah, WA In Person Job Noble Plumbing is a growing plumbing and HVAC company based in Issaquah serving residential and commercial clients across the Pacific Northwest. We're looking for an Assistant Project Manager to work directly alongside our Operations Manager and company owner on a wide range of active plumbing projects — from residential new construction and light commercial work to specialty projects like boiler replacements and utility line work. This is a hands‑on coordination role. You'll be based out of our Issaquah office with regular time in the field visiting active job sites. You'll be in the middle of things, keeping jobs organized and moving, tracking what needs to happen next, and making sure the right people have the right information at the right time. What you’ll do You'll support the ops team in managing multiple active jobs simultaneously — tracking schedules, coordinating material orders, communicating with GCs and property owners, assisting with permitting and inspections, and helping document change orders and project milestones. Field visits are part of the role — you'll be expected to get eyes on jobs, understand what's happening on site, and bring that information back to the office. You won’t be left to figure it out alone, but you will be expected to figure things out. If something needs attention, we expect you to bring it to us before we have to come looking for it. What we’re looking for We're willing to train the right person — a plumbing license is not required. What is required is some real experience in construction or a related field and a genuine understanding of how job sites work. Beyond that, we're looking for someone who is self‑directed, communicates proactively, and takes ownership of their responsibilities without needing to be managed closely.
