Full training is provided.Living Innovations does not operate group homes and does not have overnight shifts.In this role, you will:Provide daily living assistance with tasks like dressing, meal preparation, and personal hygiene.Provide transportation to appointments and community outings.Encourage participation in social activities and hobbies.Help individuals develop life skills and achieve their goals.Foster a positive and supportive environment that promotes independence and dignity.Benefits Include:$500 Sign on bonusMileage ReimbursementFull time status= 30+ hours per week.Health Insurance/Vision and Dental benefitsPaid time offProfessional development opportunitiesThe satisfaction of making a real difference!QualificationsQualificationsA patient, caring, and positive attitude.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.The ability to build rapport and trust with individuals with IDD.A willingness to learn and adapt to individual needs.A high school diploma or equivalent.Valid state issued driver's license, current vehicle insurance declaration and vehicle registration.Access to a reliable vehicle.The ability to pass comprehensive background checks per state and company regulations/policies.Must be able to provide 2 professional references.
