Part-Time Opportunity | One-on-One Senior Support | Springtown, TX 76082 Comfort Keepers is looking for a dependable, compassionate, and personable caregiver to provide one-on-one support to a male client in Springtown. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys companionship, conversation, community activities, and helping clients maintain an active and independent lifestyle. You'll have the opportunity to build a consistent relationship with your client while providing practical support throughout his daily routine. Pay & Benefits $15.50$17.00 per hour Additional $1.50/hour weekend differential Part-time scheduling with opportunities for additional hours Paid training and orientation Bi-weekly payroll with direct deposit Employee referral program Insurance benefits available for eligible full-time employees PTO accrual begins after one year Supportive office and scheduling team Real-time assistance when you need support What You'll Do Your responsibilities will focus on companionship, daily support, and encouraging independence. Duties may include: Providing companionship and engaging conversation Encouraging participation in hobbies and meaningful activities Offering medication reminders Preparing meals and snacks Assisting with light housekeeping and laundry Working alongside the client during household activities when appropriate Accompanying the client to local outings and community activities Supporting daily routines and encouraging independence Observing and communicating any changes or concerns to the care team Following the client's individualized Plan of Care What We're Looking For The ideal caregiver is: Friendly, patient, and compassionate Dependable and punctual Comfortable engaging in conversation and social activities Encouraging and respectful of client independence Professional in communication and conduct Comfortable working around pets Able to work independently while following the client's care plan Qualifications At least 1 year of caregiving experience through an agency, facility, or private-care setting CNA certification preferred but not required Valid driver's license Reliable vehicle and current auto insurance Ability to safely lift at least 25 pounds Strong communication and interpersonal skills Able to respond to calls, texts, or emails regarding scheduling and client updates Willingness to complete required company training Why Join Comfort Keepers?
