ResponsibilitiesNew Business Sales
- Generate new business through inbound leads, referrals, networking, community involvement, and personal prospecting.
- Conduct comprehensive insurance reviews to identify customer needs.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Present personalized insurance solutions with confidence.
- Quote, bind, and issue Auto, Home, Renters, Condo, Umbrella, Life, and Business Insurance policies.
- Cross-sell additional insurance products to increase household coverage.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline using the agency CRM.
- Follow up consistently with prospects to maximize closing opportunities.
- Ask for referrals and generate repeat business.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales, activity, and revenue goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service before and after the sale.
- Active Wisconsin Property & Casualty Insurance License
- Active driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Computer proficiency
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
