Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician performs projects and tasks as directed by the Director of Maintenance. Position will be managed by the Corporate Maintenance department (Lufkin, TX) but will be stationed in various areas of Texas to service multiple retail locations. Be professional in appearance and demeanor. Main job function will include the repair of small equipment used by the retail locations. Be able to perform general maintenance, including carpentry, floor coverings, and mechanical repairs. Perform preventive maintenance tasks as assigned for store locations. Perform other duties as assigned such as general cleaning and other activities as directed by management. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE - High school diploma or general education degree (GED); 2 years of small equipment repair and/or general maintenance experience. PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT- To perform this job successfully, you must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
