Senior Full Stack Developer

Job Description

Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable enterprise applications across frontend and backend systems.

Build modern web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript while supporting backend services developed in C#/.NET and Java.

Develop and consume RESTful APIs and integrate applications with internal and third-party enterprise systems.

Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, architects, and QA teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.

Perform code reviews and contribute to development standards and best practices.

Troubleshoot application issues, identify root causes, and implement durable solutions.

Create and execute automated tests to ensure application stability and minimize regression risk.

Support production deployments and continuously improve system performance, scalability, and reliability.

Contribute to technical design discussions and architectural decisions for new application enhancements.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of professional software development experience.

Strong experience developing enterprise applications using C#/.NET.

Advanced experience with Java development and object-oriented programming principles.

Advanced experience building applications with Next.js.

Expert-level experience with React and modern web application development.

Strong proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript.

Experience developing and consuming REST APIs and integrating enterprise systems.

Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery environments.

Strong understanding of software testing, code quality, and regression prevention practices.

Proven ability to deliver production-ready software in complex enterprise environments.

Experience working from detailed business and technical requirements while maintaining application stability.

Strong communication and collaboration skills in a cross-functional team environment. Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems.

Experience with automated testing frameworks and test-driven development (TDD).

Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

Familiarity with SQL Server, Oracle, or other relational databases.

Experience supporting highly regulated industries such as healthcare, financial services, aerospace, or insurance.

Exposure to modern architecture patterns, system integration platforms, and event-driven applications.

Experience mentoring junior developers or leading technical initiatives
