High-acuity imaging environment MRI department with Siemens 3T & 1.5T magnets Patient-focused care with radiologist oversight
Unit & Patient Details
Minimum Experience: 3 years First-Time Traveler: Considered upon review Patient Types: MRI patients Case Types: General MRI, High-end exams, Breast, Prostate, Cardiac
Required Certifications & Licenses
Registered Technologist (RT) ARRT MRI Certification: ARRT MRI, CAMRT MRI, or ARMRIT BLS Required
Education & Skills
Advanced training beyond high school with completion of accredited or approved Radiologic Technology program Knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and magnetic safety Competent in IV and venipuncture (if required by facility) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently Intermediate computer skills

EMR: EPIC MRI Equipment: Siemens 3T & 1.5T

1 shift on unit to learn workflow
