What You'll Do:

As a private duty nurse on our home health team, you'll care for medically complex patients, primarily children, in a personalized, low-stress environment.

Provide skilled nursing care under the direction of an RN

Administer medications and treatments based on individualized plans

Educate and support families in-home care techniques

Observe and report changes in patient condition

Document visits using our easy-to-use EMR system

Be a trusted part of a long-term care team focused on safety, comfort, and continuity

What You Bring:

Active LPN license

CPR certification
