Financial Analyst (Sales & Operations Analytics) Our client is a leading owner and operator of manufactured housing communities nationwide, backed by a globally recognized investment firm and positioned for continued growth. The Role Our client is seeking a Finance Analyst to drive sales and operational reporting, with a focus on KPI tracking, performance analytics, and data-driven insights. This role partners closely with Sales, Operations, and Strategic Finance to analyze trends, improve visibility, and support key business decisions. Responsibilities Build and maintain KPI dashboards (leads, conversions, occupancy, etc.) Analyze large datasets to support reporting and ad hoc requests Deliver weekly/monthly performance reports to leadership Evaluate sales funnel performance and identify trends/bottlenecks Support forecasting, modeling, and variance analysis Partner cross-functionally to enhance reporting and insights Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in finance, analytics, or sales reporting Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data modeling) Experience building KPI dashboards and working with large datasets Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills Preferred Experience in real estate or property-related industries Familiarity with sales funnel metrics and CRM data Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools Details Full-time, on-site in Phoenix, AZ High-visibility role with exposure to senior leadership #J-18808-Ljbffr Frey Consulting Group
