Accounts Receivable Clerk

We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our Accounting team. This position will focus on processing credit card transactions, assisting customers, and providing support to the Accounting Department.
What You’ll Do
• Monitor and process credit card orders
• Process credit card refunds
• Process miscellaneous credit card payments
• Complete daily credit card settlements
• Assist customers with credit card questions and issues
• Provide backup and support to coworkers throughout the Accounting Department
• Help with other accounting duties as needed
What We’re Looking For
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Comfortable working with numbers and financial transactions
• Professional and friendly customer service skills
• Dependable team player who is willing to help wherever needed
• Previous accounting, accounts receivable, or payment-processing experience
• Minimum Associates degree
