Our organization is actively looking for a full-time Hematology-Oncology Physician to become part of our dynamic practice located in the East Midwood area of Brooklyn and Staten Island, NY!
The facility in Brooklyn serves a diverse patient population from various neighborhoods, including Midwood, Madison, Marine Park, Mill Basin, East Flatbush, Flatlands, Canarsie, Brighton Beach, and Sheepshead Bay. The selected candidates will be crucial in delivering outstanding patient care, achieving quality outcomes, and ensuring patient satisfaction.
We seek dedicated physician candidates who are passionate about Medical Oncology and fully aligned with our organization's mission. The ideal candidates will be instrumental in fostering excellent patient care and positive health outcomes.
This multi-specialty practice is situated at 1441 South Avenue in Staten Island, NY. Staten Island, the southernmost borough of New York City, is easily accessible from Lower Manhattan via the Staten Island Ferry, which traverses New York Harbor. With convenient connections to Brooklyn and Central New Jersey, Staten Island is a family-friendly community featuring attractions such as the Snug Harbor Cultural Center, Zoo, Botanical Garden, and the Staten Island Children's Museum. The local patient community typically seeks routine care within Staten Island. Our facility offers comprehensive services, allowing patients to access various specialties, supported by a dedicated team, including medical assistants.
The selected candidates will have the chance to collaborate with the esteemed Icahn School of Medicine. Our Department of Hematology/Oncology is deeply committed to holistic patient care, emphasizing a patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities- Collaborate with various specialties, including primary care, cardiology, specialty care, women's health services (OB/GYN), endocrinology, and more.
- Provide comprehensive medical care alongside on-site lab and imaging services.
- Benefit from an established patient panel and an excellent primary care referral base from day one.
- Serve a diverse community while residing in a highly sought-after neighborhood with top-rated school districts.
- Maintain a close partnership with Mount Sinai Heart and access world-class tertiary/quaternary cardiac and surgical care.
- Leverage the educational, research, and clinical programs of a nationally recognized Medical School.

- Medical Degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid New York Medical License.
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology.

Compensation ranges from $300,000 to $425,000 (excluding bonuses, incentive compensation, or benefits).

Our organization provides a salary range to comply with New York City's Salary Transparency law. Actual salaries may vary based on factors such as experience, specialties, historical productivity, historical collections, and community needs. Therefore, actual salaries may fall closer to either end of the range and, in some cases, may exceed the listed range. The stated salary range applies to full-time positions and does not include bonuses, incentive compensation, or benefits.
