Vice President of Sales

Our client is seeking a highly experienced, results-driven Vice President of Sales to lead and scale their patient sales organization across Dermatology, Plastic Surgery and Aesthetics .

This is a senior leadership role for someone who can build a high-performing sales culture while maintaining the elevated patient experience, professionalism and integrity of a physician-led medical practice.

Plastic Surgery & Aesthetics:

• Lead strategy for plastic surgery and aesthetic consultations

• Increase consult show rates, conversion rates and surgical bookings

• Develop consistent follow-up for unsold consultations and leads

• Coach PCCs on consultative, relationship-based selling

• Optimize financing, deposits, packages and appropriate cross-selling

• Partner with surgeons, marketing and operations to drive sustainable growth

Dermatology:

• Lead PCC sales strategy across cosmetic dermatology, lasers, body contouring, hair restoration, skincare and other elective services

• Improve conversion, retention and rebooking

• Develop cross-referral opportunities between medical dermatology, aesthetics and plastic surgery

• Ensure consistent follow-up and patient communication

• Build scalable sales processes as Elite MD grows

Leadership & Accountability:

• Recruit, train, mentor and manage the PCC/sales team

• Establish clear sales SOPs, scripts and training

• Own sales KPIs including leads, contact rate, consults, show rate, conversion, revenue and follow-up

• Conduct regular coaching and performance reviews

• Identify problems and implement solutions without requiring physician owners to manage daily sales operations

• Collaborate closely with Practice Management, Operations, Marketing and physicians

• Build teamwork across departments with no silos

• Maintain a positive, professional, high-performance culture

Who We're Looking For:

• Proven senior sales leadership experience

• Strong track record managing and developing sales teams

• Experience in plastic surgery, medical aesthetics, luxury healthcare, medspa or high-ticket consumer sales strongly preferred

• Data-driven and comfortable with CRM, dashboards and KPIs

• Exceptional closer, coach and communicator

• Strong operational discipline and follow-through

• Able to balance aggressive growth with patient trust and ethical medical sales
