Identify, develop, and secure new customers and business opportunities within the automotive market.

• Drive new project development activities from initial customer engagement through successful project launch.
• Participate in customer meetings, technical discussions, and early-stage project reviews.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support long-term business growth.
• Manage customer project information and communicate project status internally.
• Coordinate customer requests, concerns, and complaints to ensure timely and effective resolution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and internal departments including engineering, quality, manufacturing, and program management.
• Support sales growth initiatives and achieve assigned business objectives.
• Qualifications Required.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Ability and willingness to travel frequently throughout the United States and Mexico.
• Strong customer service, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented Preferred.
• Experience in automotive, manufacturing, industrial sales, or account management.
• Experience working with OEMs, Tier 1, or Tier 2 automotive suppliers.
• Chinese language proficiency is a strong plus.
• Understanding of automotive project development and manufacturing processes.
