Loan Officer Development Program Zillow Home Loans is seeking a candidate for its Loan Officer Development Program within the Premier Team. The program supports Zillow’s mission to make home buying and financing easier, more transparent, and more accessible, by ensuring each loan moves forward smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities Deliver a world‑class customer experience by enhancing responsiveness and accessibility for both customers and real‑estate agents. Support the full loan origination workflow from pre‑approval to closing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and borrower satisfaction. Manage and follow up on mortgage leads to maximize conversion opportunities and maintain a healthy pipeline. Complete the phased four‑month learning plan, including SAFE licensing preparation, hands‑on practice, and mentorship from experienced Loan Officers and Managers. Collaborate with teammates and leaders to identify process improvements and achieve outstanding results. Qualifications 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or other client‑facing roles; mortgage or financial services experience is a plus but not required. Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly to customers and real‑estate agents. High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and compliance. Growth mindset and willingness to learn complex processes and systems in a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant tools. Customer‑centric mindset with a proactive and problem‑solving attitude. Location & Compensation This is a full‑time, office‑based position in Seattle, WA. Employees must work at a Zillow corporate office for approximately 80‑100% of their time each month. The schedule is Monday‑Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. PST. In California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC, the standard base pay range is $28.70–$45.90 per hour. Salary may vary by experience, performance, and location. Must obtain a SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator license within 90 days of hire; licensing support and training are provided.
