As a Pricing Science Senior Manager, you will specialize in providing consulting services focused on pricing strategies and profitability analysis. You will analyze pricing models, assess customer profitability, and offer guidance to help clients optimize pricing strategies, improve profitability, and maximize customer value. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills, professional knowledge, and network to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach others, coming together to solve complex problems. In this role, you will be part of our Customer Consulting group within our Commercial & Service Excellence network, focusing on customer-related strategies and initiatives. You will have the opportunity to craft and convey clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story, apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems, and validate outcomes with clients. Your role will involve directing teams through complexity, demonstrating composure in challenging situations, and initiating open and honest coaching conversations at all levels. This position offers a dynamic environment where you can deepen your skills and stay relevant in the ever-evolving landscape of customer pricing and profitability.

Responsibilities

- Leading the development and implementation of pricing strategies to optimize client profitability and maximize customer value
- Analyzing pricing models and conducting profitability assessments to provide actionable insights for client growth
- Guiding teams in crafting customer-centric solutions that enhance client experience and drive business growth
- Utilizing pricing software and market trends analysis to inform strategic pricing decisions
- Managing stakeholder engagement and fostering relationships to support client objectives and service excellence
- Overseeing project budgeting and resource management to align with client goals and profitability targets
- Directing teams through complex problem-solving scenarios, maintaining composure in challenging situations
- Coaching and mentoring team members to develop their skills and contribute to high-performing, diverse teams
- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within client engagements
- Validating outcomes with clients, sharing alternative perspectives, and acting on client feedback to refine strategies

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 years of experience

- Utilizing advanced data science techniques—including predictive analytics, machine learning, and statistical modeling—to drive customer analysis, forecasting, and business value insights

- Designing and optimizing business processes and products through scenario analysis, stakeholder management, and product lifecycle oversight

- Developing and implementing algorithms for outlier identification, cluster analysis, and regression modeling to support data-driven decision-making and trend forecasting

- Collaborating cross-functionally to translate complex data analytics into actionable business strategies and process improvements

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
