You'll manage front desk responsibilities, support overnight guest needs, and prepare the property for the next day. This role is ideal for someone who values Integrity, thrives in a quiet, focused environment, and brings Grit and Social Intelligence to every guest interaction.What You'll DoGreet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalismReconcile and close out daily front desk transactions and reportsRun night audit processes and prepare next day reports for key departmentsMonitor overnight operations and respond to guest needs and concernsBegin breakfast prep and ensure lobby and front desk areas are clean and guest readyPromote brand loyalty programs and recognize membersProcess retail and pantry transactionsMaintain market inventory and restock as neededCommunicate maintenance or housekeeping issues to appropriate teamsUphold Resolute Road Hospitality's service and cleanliness standardsFollow all company policies and proceduresOther duties as assigned by supervisor or managementKnowledge, Skills & AbilitiesStrong understanding of front desk operations and guest serviceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with hotel systems preferredHigh attention to detail and accuracy in financial reconciliationAbility to remain calm and professional in high pressure or emergency situationsComfortable interacting with guests from diverse backgroundsKnowledge of emergency procedures and safety protocolsEducation & ExperienceHigh school diploma or GED requiredPrevious hospitality or night audit experience preferredLicenses & CertificationsTIPS or state equivalent alcohol awareness trainingAdditional InformationConsistent attendance and adherence to Resolute Road Hospitality's standards are critical to success in this role.
