Team Captain Endzone & Loyalty

Overview This role is a Team Captain for Endzone & Loyalty, responsible for delivering fast, friendly checkout experiences, building strong athlete relationships, and driving retention through loyalty programs and services. Job Duties & Responsibilities Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by anticipating needs and providing clear, accurate information about products and assortment. Uphold merchandising and presentation standards, including floor sets, signage, price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment. Promote and lead company programs such as the customer loyalty program, warranty sales, and private‑label credit card enrollment. Collaborate with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to develop and maintain 30‑60‑90 day plans supporting business priorities. Contribute to operational initiatives, staffing, hiring needs, and merchandising sets, ensuring alignment with budgets and financial goals. Act as head coach and general store overseer, managing front‑end and cash office functions, teammate supervision, and store opening/closing procedures. Communicate departmental goals, assign workloads, and monitor progress, adjusting plans as necessary to meet operational and financial objectives. Build and lead a high‑performing team: source, interview, hire, onboard, and retain direct reports; provide coaching, feedback, and recognition. Manage performance, conduct annual reviews, recommend promotions, and enforce compliance with policies and procedures. Enforce safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures, holding teammates accountable for compliance.
