In-Store Appointment Setter

Columbus Worthington Air seeks an In-Store Appointment Setter to engage homeowners inside retail partner locations and generate leads for residential HVAC services. You will greet shoppers, start friendly conversations, qualify their comfort and system needs, and schedule in-home appointments for estimates, maintenance, and indoor air quality solutions. Working closely with our sales and service teams, you’ll accurately capture customer information, meet daily and weekly lead goals, and represent our brand with professionalism. Training is provided on HVAC basics, scripts, and safety. Includes steady local hours, competitive pay, and growth in a stable skilled-trades company.
