State Tested Nursing Assistant

Full Time Day Shift Available. Located in Summit County, Ohio Sign on Bonus- $4500.00 for full time status, $2250.00 for part time status, paid out in quarterly installments if eligible. Full and Part time available...offering New Wages! Pay based off experience. 12 hour shifts. Work only 3 days a week = full time! Leaving you more free days! Some BENEFIT Highlights Include NEW - After 1 year of service earn "Retention bonus" every 90 days. Weekend Warrior Option = $3.50 more for every hour worked Monthly attendance bonus $1 extra dollar for every hour worked. Paid holidays and paid vacation time 401k savings plan

Falls Village Rehabilitation and Wellness is a 103 bed facility with all private rooms located in Cuyahoga Falls, OH.

We are looking for compassionate healthcare employees to join our team. Experienced or newly licensed medical professionals are welcomed to apply. The position of State Tested Nursing Assistant exists to provide routine nursing and personal care for residents.

The job responsibilities include:

Ensure that residents' personal care needs are provided for with an emphasis on quality, compassion, and timeliness.
Ensure that residents' medical needs are addressed through the delivery of quality nursing care.
Maintain physical environment in a clean, safe, and pleasant manner.
Ensure that nutritional needs of residents are met in accordance with established care plan.
Perform other related activities as assigned or requested

The STNA must be physically able to:

Move (sit, stand, bend, lift) intermittently throughout the workday.
Lift, push, pull, and move a minimum of 50 pounds.
Assist in the evacuation of residents.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED
STNA Certification in state of Ohio
Previous Long Term Care experience
Must have a good work history
