UX Designer | Contract W2

Overview Sr. Delivery Lead / Client Relations / Talent Acquisition Role: UX Designer Type: Long term Contract W2 Experience: 8 - 12 Years Base pay range $50.00/hr - $55.00/hr Responsibilities Design and deliver end-to-end user experiences for digital platforms, focusing on both acquisition and service-oriented strategies. Translate high-level business objectives and complex workflows into clear, scalable information architectures , user journeys, and design artifacts. Drive design discussions and alignment by leading workshops with stakeholders across marketing, product, and engineering. Act as a thought leader, leveraging competitive analysis and data-driven insights to influence design strategy and best practices. Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to ensure design vision is maintained throughout the entire product development lifecycle. Qualifications 8+ years of professional experience in UX design , with at least 5 years of demonstrated experience leading projects from conception to completion. A strong portfolio showcasing a proven ability to solve complex problems and deliver polished, user-centered designs. Expert proficiency with Figma and Miro is required. Experience with multi-channel marketing , digital advertising, and CRM workflows Demonstrated ability to use data analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) and user research to inform and justify design decisions.
