Location: Irvine, CA
Work Setup: Hybrid

Join a fast-paced engineering environment supporting critical equipment design, procurement, and deployment projects. The Engineer-Equipment II will help manage equipment logistics, project planning, vendor coordination, and infrastructure support for telecommunications and construction initiatives.

Engineer-Equipment II Responsibilities

Provide engineering and design support for equipment across multiple project types.
Support equipment order logistics, including material requests, purchase orders, vendor payment, and equipment tracking.
Forecast future equipment needs based on project timelines and start dates.
Monitor equipment expenditures and support procurement optimization.
Oversee equipment receipt, acceptance, and component documentation.
Collaborate closely with team members using strong project management and communication skills.

Engineer-Equipment II Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field.
Strong adaptability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal, written, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional organization, time management, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, including Google Sheets or Excel data analysis features.

Engineer-Equipment II Preferred Qualifications

Experience in equipment, construction, or A&E design.
Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, structural, and civil engineering construction principles.
Familiarity with telecommunications facilities design, 5G deployment, AC/DC power distribution, switchgear, cooling, generators, and aisle containment.
Master's degree, MS, MA, or MBA preferred.
