Resident Leasing & Customer Care Specialist

The Community Builders, Inc. in Cincinnati, Ohio, is seeking a Resident Specialist. This role involves providing excellent customer service, leasing apartments, and assisting with administrative tasks. Candidates with experience in Section 8 housing and LIHTC are preferred. This temporary position requires five days a week in office. Compensation includes $25/hour plus a $75 per lease bonus on tax credit units.
