Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to residents in a long-term care setting under supervision of the nursing team
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders; monitor effectiveness and document responses
- Monitor patient status, perform routine assessments, and promptly report changes to the care team
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and promote comfort, safety, and dignity
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and other care staff to implement and adjust care plans
- Maintain accurate charting and comply with infection prevention and safety protocols

Requirements
- Local residency or ability to report to the assignment site in Bloomfield, NM
- Availability to work guaranteed 36 hours per week
- Ability to work 3x12-hour day shifts
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Willingness to work in a skilled nursing facility environment
- Prior experience in long-term care or a similar setting preferred
