Job Description
No experience? No problem. We'll train you! We're looking for Production Assemblers to help us build our LED high bays. You'll work alongside our production team using basic hand or power tools to assemble our lighting fixtures from start to finish. If you're a team player who can follow verbal and written directions, we want to hear from you!

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with overtime available
Location: Conveniently located near the airport and directly on the bus line.

Summary of major responsibilities:
· Using power tools to assemble light fixtures
· Working with other members of the line to assemble products
· Identifying defective items
· Put together parts to build more complex units
· Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations

Requirements and skills:
· No experience required — training provided
· Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
· Dexterity and hand-eye coordination, including the ability to grasp, manipulate, and assemble parts and components that are often very small
· Lift, carry, and move material up to 50 pounds in weight
· Stand for an eight-hour shift
